Simon Sinek teaches leaders and organizations how to inspire people. He focuses on discovering why people do things and how that leads them to do amazing things.
Check out his inspiring TED talk below. He's got a course that teaches his process for discovering your why that is normally $129 but is free to military active duty and veterans. I'm definitely going to check it. I think this type of approach works great whether you are still in the military or not.
